Responsibilities

• Evaluate authority requirements, ADs, OEM’s SBs, and other ICA data, compile/review/approve compliance instructions for incorporation, including retrofit/modification programs
• Optimize aircraft structure maintenance program to meet the Company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Provide daily technical support to line maintenance operations, and onsite support for aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance at MROs
• Conduct reliability and safety engineering investigations, propose engineering solutions, including technical support to IOR, MOR investigations
• Maintain effective fleet livery painting scheme and adapt to company branding demand
• Maintain aircraft structure repair list, support aircraft introduction and lease return activities
• Mentoring and coaching to junior Technical Service Structure/Cabin Engineers or Assistant Engineers
• Perform other duties or projects assigned by management

Requirements

• At least 5 years or above aviation experience, with at least 3 years of large aircraft Structure/Cabin engineering, Design Organization background is preferred
• Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering
• Solid computer skills with MS applications
• Polished interpersonal and communications skills
• Solid experience of airlines fleet technical management
• Proficient in using maintenance manuals, operational manuals and OEM documents
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Engineer, Technical Services (Structure)
